I've taken products from early-startup scrappiness (Grubox, Teamwave) through enterprise scale (Reuters Connect, JLL's Prism), and led a 4-person team through client delivery and biweekly releases at Scop. Engineered an event-driven pipeline (DynamoDB Streams → Lambda → SWF fan-out workflows) processing 30,000–50,000 feed ingestions per day across all content providers; owned production debugging of event-ordering, retry and activity-timeout failures across distributed services.
